Account Settings Organization Settings Rename your organization, move and review artists, manage team access and roles, and read the audit trail of every change. Last updated Jun 1, 2026 8 sections An organization groups your artists, your team, and a shared activity history. Open Organization Settings to rename the organization, see and move artists, manage who has access, and review every change in one place. Rename your organization The Organization Name card holds a single field. Type a new name and select Rename . The name must be 1 to 100 characters, and the button stays disabled until you change the current value. Renaming requires edit access, and only the person who created the organization can do it. If your organization has distribution-managed artists, the name is locked and you contact support to change it. Move an artist to another organization The Move Artist card lets you transfer an artist into a different organization you manage. Pick the artist, pick the target organization, then select Move . You need edit access, at least one artist in the current organization, and at least one other organization to move into. If any of those are missing, the card shows the reason and the form stays disabled. Note An organization holds at most 10 artists. A move into an organization that already has 10 artists is blocked. Review your artists The Artists table lists every artist in the organization, with a count in the header. Each row shows the artist, a status badge, and a link to that artist's own settings. The status badge reflects the artist's tier: Free , Active , Starter , Plus , or Suspended . Artists with distribution show an extra Distribution label. This table is read-only here. To change an artist's configuration, select Settings on its row. Manage team access The team card is named after your organization, for example Acme Team . Access granted here applies to every artist in the organization, so use it when someone should work across all artists rather than a single one. Invite a teammate by email and assign a role. The three roles are: Admin Full access. Admins can edit everything, invite and remove members, and manage other admins. Editor Can edit content and invite or remove non-admin members. Editors cannot manage admins. Viewer Read-only access. Viewers cannot make changes. Pending invitations appear below the member list with their status. Remove an invitation with its delete control, or change or remove a member from the member list. Only admins can change or remove an admin. Note Only admins can invite, promote, or remove other admins. Editors manage members and invitations but cannot touch admin roles. Read the audit trail The Audit Trail records changes across the organization: who did what, to which item, and when. Each entry shows a timestamp, the affected item with its platform, the activity and a short description, and the actor. Use Filter events... to search by activity, item name, description, or actor. Page through entries with the page-size control (10, 25, 50, or 100 per page). Open the info button on any entry for the full description, the reason when one was recorded, and additional details. When an entry has an item ID, the copy control puts it on your clipboard. The audit trail is read-only and cannot be edited. If no activity has been recorded yet, the section shows an empty state with a link to campaign management.
