Managing Campaigns
How to monitor campaigns, interpret statuses, and make safe changes.
Campaign Management provides a central view of all active, paused, and archived campaigns. Use this page to monitor performance, check statuses, and make adjustments.
Accessing Campaign Management
Go to Marketing and select Campaign Management from the sidebar. This page shows all campaigns for the current artist, organized by status.

What to Check
Monitor these key indicators for each campaign:
| Indicator | What to Look For |
|---|---|
| Status | Deploying, Active, Paused, or Subscription Ended |
| Spend | Whether the campaign is delivering budget as expected |
| Results | Saves, follows, views, or clicks depending on campaign type |
Campaign Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
Deploying |
Campaign is being created in the ad platform |
Active |
Campaign is running and spending budget |
Paused |
Campaign is manually paused, no spend |
Subscription Ended |
Campaign paused because the artist subscription ended |
Archived |
Campaign is permanently ended |
Learning Badge
A campaign shows the Learning badge when it is less than 7 days old and currently Active or Deploying. During this period, the ad platform is optimizing targeting and performance may fluctuate daily.
Note The learning period is normal. Wait for at least 7 days before evaluating campaign performance or making changes.
Safe Adjustments
When making changes to active campaigns:
| Recommendation | Why |
|---|---|
| Wait 7 days before changes | Let the campaign complete its learning period first |
| One change at a time | Multiple simultaneous changes make it hard to identify what worked |
| Use trend views | Compare Last 7 days vs Last 28 days to judge direction |
When to Pause
Pause a campaign if:
- The promoted content or link is incorrect
- A platform connection is broken and needs reconnection
- You need to stop spend temporarily for budget reasons
- The campaign is underperforming after the learning period
See Pausing Campaigns for detailed instructions.
