Platform Connections Meta Business Manager Complete Meta Business Portfolio, Facebook Page, Instagram, and partnership steps for Dynamoi Smart Campaign delivery. Last updated Jun 1, 2026 5 sections Meta Business Manager is the final step after connecting Meta. Use this page to complete Business Portfolio setup and approve the partnership request. Before you start Make sure: Meta is connected in Platform Connections The Facebook Page you select has a connected Instagram Business or Creator account Managed advertising is active for the artist before launch Select your Page and Instagram After Meta authorization, you may be asked to choose a Facebook Page and Instagram account. Select the Page you want to use for ads and confirm the connected Instagram account. If no eligible Page is found, Dynamoi prompts you to Link a Facebook Page to a professional Instagram . Connect a professional Instagram account to the Page and return to continue. Business Portfolio requirement If you see Meta Business Portfolio required (pill Portfolio needed ), your Facebook Page and Instagram must be in the same Meta Business Portfolio. Open Meta Business Settings Click Open Meta Business Settings on the page. Add Page and Instagram Add the Facebook Page and Instagram account to the same Business Portfolio. Check status Return to Dynamoi and click Check Status . Approve the partnership When the partnership request is ready, the page shows Approve access in Meta Business Manager . This is separate from the earlier Meta connection step: Meta account connected means Meta found the Facebook Page and Instagram account together, while this approval lets Dynamoi use those assets for managed ads. Open the request from Dynamoi on a desktop or laptop browser. You do not need to search Instagram for a shared access setting. Open the request Click View Request if the button is available. Approve in Meta Approve the partnership request in Meta Business Manager. Confirm in Dynamoi Return and click I've Approved It .
