Status overview Status What it means What you can do Awaiting SmartLink Setup step before validation Wait Content Validation Review step before deployment Wait Deploying Creating the campaign on the ad platform Wait Under Review Awaiting approval before delivery starts Wait Active Campaign is delivering and spending View analytics, pause Serving Ads are live and serving on the platform View analytics, pause Paused You paused the campaign Resume or archive Subscription Paused A failed payment paused the campaign Restore billing Archived Campaign moved out of the active list Unarchive or view analytics Ended The campaign reached its end date View historical analytics Issue A platform or deployment issue occurred Contact support Subscription Paused A campaign moves to Subscription Paused when a managed advertising payment fails. Restore billing to bring it back. Once the payment is recovered, the campaign resumes automatically. There is no manual Resume for a Subscription Paused campaign, that action applies only to campaigns you paused yourself. Learning badge Smart Campaigns show Learning when they are less than 7 days old and in active delivery ( Active or Deploying ). Expect bigger day-to-day variance during this period. Ended and Archived If a campaign has an end date, it shows Ended after the date passes. Archiving moves a campaign out of the active list. Archiving is reversible: use Unarchive campaign to return a Google or Spotify campaign to Paused , then resume it. A campaign that was Subscription Paused before archiving stays billing-locked after unarchive until billing recovers.
