Smart Links

Understand free Dynamoi Smart Links, artist hubs, public release pages, analytics, settings, and campaign handoff.

Dynamoi has two link systems today:

  • Free Smart Links are Dynamoi-hosted pages on play.dynamoi.com. They are created automatically for albums, singles, EPs, and compilations from a connected Spotify catalog, and artists can manually add Spotify playlists from the Smart Links dashboard. Track URLs resolve to their release page.
  • Paid Smart Campaign links currently use Feature.fm / stream.dynamoi.com for ad delivery and conversion tracking.

The Promote this release or Promote this playlist button in the Smart Links dashboard starts the paid Smart Campaign setup flow and pre-fills the selected content.

Free Smart Links are useful before paid campaign delivery because they create public release assets and first-party engagement signals.

Approved release and manually added playlist Smart Links can publish to play.dynamoi.com/{artistSlug}/{smartLinkSlug}.

Approved Smart Links can be indexable public pages with canonical URLs, structured data, and artist-hub links. Localization is handled separately from the core Smart Link publishing flow.

Each Smart Link page can include:

  • Canonical URL on play.dynamoi.com.
  • JSON-LD structured data for the release or playlist.
  • Country-aware streaming-service buttons sourced from Spotify and Odesli, then ordered so each fan sees the best available services for their country first.
  • Artist-level service ordering controls so country-aware ordering can stay automatic or switch to one fixed order for every fan.
  • Editable service URLs so an artist can fix or hide the Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, Deezer, Tidal, SoundCloud, Bandcamp, or other service button on an individual Smart Link.
  • Dynamoi analytics for page views, streaming-service clicks, share clicks, save events, and video plays.
  • Consent-gated artist pixels when configured in Smart Link settings.
  • Four launch themes with artist-level defaults and per-page rendering.

Note Playlist Smart Links are created from manually added Spotify playlist URLs. Release Smart Links can include multiple streaming services through Odesli; playlist Smart Links start with Spotify as the guaranteed destination and can be expanded as more service URLs are added.

What happens during campaign setup

  1. You pick the content Use a release or manually added playlist from your Smart Links catalog, or paste Spotify content during Smart Campaign setup.

  2. Dynamoi validates the handoff If a Smart Link exists, Dynamoi can use it to prefill the campaign setup fields. The paid campaign still uses the existing campaign-link destination.

  3. The campaign continues setup The campaign moves forward through content validation, budget setup, and deployment.

The Smart Links dashboard reports public-page analytics from play.dynamoi.com: Views, Music service clicks, Share clicks, Save events, Video plays, and Service click rate, plus a per-release table. Country, referrer, UTM, device, and locale data is captured in the underlying data model but is not shown on this dashboard.

Smart Campaign Analytics remains separate and reports paid campaign metrics from ad network APIs and campaign link behavior.
