Where to find invoices, what you are charged for, and how to fix failed payments.
Invoices are available in Billing. They are generated by Stripe and cover subscription charges plus metered ad spend.

| Credits applied | Credits reduce the amount due when available |
Credits appear in the Credit Wallet. They are granted separately from invoices and apply automatically when Stripe bills metered usage.
Navigate to Billing in the dashboard sidebar.
Scroll to the Invoice History section.
Select an invoice to view details or download the PDF.
In Billing, add a new card and set it as the default payment method.
Stripe retries failed payments automatically. If the account shows Suspended status, contact support after updating the payment method.
Unpaid invoices can suspend billing, which blocks campaign reactivation until the balance is resolved.
Canceling stops future renewals at the end of the current subscription term. Campaigns continue running until the term ends and Stripe sends the cancellation webhook.
