Who can join the affiliate program?
Eligible Dynamoi account holders can access or request an affiliate link from the dashboard. Participation and payout eligibility are subject to the affiliate terms, identity and tax verification where required, fraud review, and applicable law.
How are commissions calculated?
Earn 5% on eligible Stripe-billed usage tracked to your referral for up to 24 months. Eligible usage excludes refunded amounts, chargebacks, credits, taxes, fraudulent or abusive transactions, and any non-commissionable line items described in the affiliate terms.
When and how do I get paid?
Commissions are held for 30 days before they become payable. Payouts are processed manually.
How long do I earn commissions?
You earn recurring commissions for up to 24 months on eligible billed usage from your referrals.
Is there a limit to how much I can earn?
There is no advertised aggregate cap on commissions from eligible referred usage, but commissions remain subject to affiliate terms, attribution, fraud review, refund and chargeback reversals, tax documentation, and applicable law.
Do I need to disclose that I am an affiliate?
Yes. If you promote Dynamoi using an affiliate link or expect to earn commission, disclose that relationship clearly and close to your recommendation or link, using plain language such as "I may earn a commission if you sign up through this link."
Can commissions be reversed or withheld?
Yes. Dynamoi may withhold, reverse, or cancel commissions for refunded payments, chargebacks, credits, duplicate or self-referrals, fraudulent or abusive activity, policy violations, ineligible transactions, or accounts that do not complete required payout verification.
Do free Play smart-link users count as referrals?
Free Play page creation does not by itself create a payable commission. If a referred account later purchases eligible Dynamoi services and attribution is valid under the affiliate terms, commission may apply to eligible paid usage.
