Submit a takedown notice
If you believe material on Dynamoi, including a Play page, infringes your copyright, send our designated agent a written notice that includes all of the following.
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if several works are covered by one notice, a representative list of them.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it, such as the URL of the page.
- Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Under 17 U.S.C. 512(f), a person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
What Dynamoi does
When we receive a notice that substantially meets these requirements, we remove or disable access to the material expeditiously and notify the user who posted it. We may share the notice with that user.
Submit a counter-notice
If your material was removed or disabled and you believe this was a mistake, send our designated agent a written counter-notice that includes all of the following.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district where your address is located or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which Dynamoi may be found.
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person's agent.
We send a valid counter-notice to the person who submitted the original notice. We restore the removed material or stop disabling access no sooner than 10 and no later than 14 business days after receiving the counter-notice, unless our designated agent first receives notice from that person that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain you.
Repeat infringers
In appropriate circumstances, Dynamoi terminates the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
