Data Deletion
You can revoke Dynamoi's access to your Spotify account and request deletion of your Play data at any time. Follow the steps below.
How to delete your data
- Step 1 – Revoke Spotify access: Visit spotify.com/account/apps, locate "Dynamoi", and click "Remove access".
- Step 2 – Request deletion: Email support@dynamoi.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your Spotify account email (if available) and any relevant details.
What we delete
- Encrypted Spotify OAuth tokens and related session records.
- Your Play user record (Spotify user ID, basic profile).
- Attributed Play events (e.g., AUTH, SAVE_TRACK, FOLLOW_ARTIST, STREAM) and associated analytics, minimized or deleted per policy.
Timeline
We begin processing promptly upon verified request. Tokens and user records are removed as soon as revocation is confirmed. Associated Play engagement data is minimized or deleted within 14 days. Aggregated or anonymized analytics (which cannot identify you) may be retained for reporting and security.
Confirmation
We will email a confirmation once your deletion request has been completed.
