Data deletion and Play takedowns.

Request deletion of eligible account data, use the iOS app's in-app deletion flow, revoke connected platform access, or report a public Play smart-link page for review.

How to make a request

Disconnect platforms when applicable

If you connected Spotify, Meta, YouTube, or another platform in the Dynamoi dashboard, revoke access from that provider's app or business settings first.

Delete from the iOS app or email us

In the iOS app, open Account and choose Delete account to start in-app account deletion. You can also email support@dynamoi.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include enough information for us to verify the account or page involved.

Manage Sign in with Apple

For accounts created or signed in with Sign in with Apple, Dynamoi attempts token revocation during verified deletion when the required Apple credential material and revocable token are available. You can also manage or stop using Sign in with Apple for Dynamoi in Apple Account settings.

Report a Play page

For Play smart-link rights, impersonation, or takedown requests, use the report link on the relevant Play page when available or email us with the subject "Play Takedown Request".

What can be deleted or unpublished

  • Account records and connected-platform credentials that are no longer needed.
  • Mobile session records, iOS device install identifiers, and APNs device tokens tied to a verified account deletion request.
  • Eligible support, analytics, and operational records tied to a verified account request.
  • Public Play pages that are reported, disputed, unauthorized, or no longer appropriate to keep public.
  • Limited records may be retained where needed for billing, security, abuse prevention, legal obligations, or platform integrity.

Timeline

We begin processing promptly upon verified request. Tokens, mobile sessions, and user records are removed as soon as revocation or deletion is confirmed. Associated Play records may be unpublished, minimized, deleted, or retained in limited form depending on the request type.

Confirmation

We will email a confirmation once your deletion request has been completed. Aggregated or anonymized analytics that cannot identify you may be retained for reporting and security.
