Dynamoi data license
One license route for public citation and paid machine access.
Public data pages stay free to cite, while agents, scrapers, and AI labs get broad automated-use rights through paid machine-readable exports.

Citation and short excerpts are allowed.
The free public license covers public Dynamoi benchmark pages, including aggregated music royalty and YouTube RPM benchmarks displayed on dynamoi.com. You may quote figures in articles, reports, videos, newsletters, presentations, and educational materials when attribution is clear.

Link to the specific Dynamoi data page where the figure appears, or to dynamoi.com/data when citing the catalog generally.

Keep the attribution visible and reasonably close to the cited figure.
Automated extraction, bulk scraping, model training, data enrichment, benchmarking APIs, and derivative datasets are not allowed under the free public citation license. Those uses require an authorized paid endpoint purchase.
Paid automated use
Paid receipts grant broad machine-use rights for the purchased export.
A successful payment through an authorized Dynamoi paid data endpoint grants the paid license for the dataset, export kind, snapshot version, format, and receipt returned by that endpoint. Stripe is the payment source of truth.
- Access authorized paid endpoints programmatically and run automated extraction against those paid endpoints.
- Copy, cache, transform, normalize, and import paid rows into internal databases, warehouses, vector stores, and ETL systems.
- Use paid data for commercial internal analysis, AI/ML training, pretraining, fine-tuning, supervised fine-tuning, evaluation, embeddings, RAG, and feature enrichment.
- Create derivative datasets, aggregate datasets, benchmark sets, evaluation sets, model cards, compliance reports, and product documentation.
- Use trained model weights, embeddings, outputs, and commercial products without per-output attribution, unless an output directly reproduces paid dataset rows.
MPP access
The v1 paid endpoint is designed for agents and data pipelines. Read the free catalog and sample first, then request the paid URL. If no valid payment credential is supplied, the endpoint returns HTTP 402 with Stripe Machine Payments instructions plus dataset, schema, sample, price, SKU, and license metadata.

They include RPM, service, country, tier, coverage tier, temporal window, source, and license fields. They do not include exact streams, revenue, catalog size, artist names, track names, ISRCs, channels, clients, raw statements, or YouTube scale metrics.
AI training
Paid exports may be used for AI and ML training, evaluation, benchmarking, embeddings, RAG, and derivative analytical datasets. External publications, model cards, benchmark documentation, public derivative datasets, and compliance reports should include: Includes data licensed from Dynamoi, linked to this license or the relevant Dynamoi data page.
Internal use does not require visible attribution. Model outputs do not require attribution unless the output directly reproduces paid dataset rows.
Restrictions
- Do not republish or resell a paid export as a substantially identical standalone data product.
- Do not attempt to identify artists, tracks, labels, clients, channels, videos, rights holders, catalog size, stream volume, revenue, or Dynamoi business scale.
- Do not bypass payment, receipt checks, rate limits, signed URL controls, or other access controls.
- Do not imply Dynamoi endorsement, partnership, guaranteed royalty rates, guaranteed ad rates, payout forecasts, ROAS, or financial outcomes.
- Do not use the data in violation of third-party platform, distributor, rights-holder, or applicable legal restrictions.
Scope
This license applies only to Dynamoi benchmark data and authorized paid machine-readable exports that expressly link to this license. It does not cover public Play smart-link pages, artist or release metadata, Spotify or Odesli lookup results, cover art, destination-service URLs, user-submitted content, Dynamoi software, logos, trademarks, private dashboard data, campaign reports, royalty statements, distribution data, publishing administration data, or third-party content displayed or linked through Dynamoi.
Benchmarks are aggregated and anonymized. They are informational data products, not financial, legal, or tax advice. They may change as new statements are processed.
