Best music promotion services, ranked and priced
Pay for real ads or for a curator's review, never for streams. Then choose who runs it.
What's the best music promotion service?
It depends on who runs it. Dynamoi runs Meta and YouTube ads for you from $10/day. To run ads yourself, Meta Ads takes any budget, and Spotify Marquee and Showcase start at $100 a campaign as of September 2026. For curator reviews, SubmitHub starts at $1 a credit and Playlist Push at $280 a campaign; a review buys a listen, not a placement.

Questions artists ask
How much does music promotion cost?
With Meta Ads you set the budget yourself. Spotify Marquee and Showcase start at $100 per campaign, and Feature.fm ads at a $50 lifetime budget. Dynamoi campaigns start at $10/day per campaign. Starter is $25/month per artist, and your plan price becomes ad credit. Eligible new artists get double credit the first month. Curator pitching is $280 minimum on Playlist Push, 2 Grooviz per contact on Groover, or $1 per premium credit on SubmitHub.
Is playlist pitching the same as advertising?
No. Ads put your music in front of listeners you target. Curator pitching sends your track to people who decide whether to add it, and you pay for their review. Spotify tells artists to be highly skeptical of services that charge to be considered for playlists without guaranteeing placement.
Do I need an audience to use Spotify Marquee or Showcase?
Yes. Display campaigns need at least 1,000 streams in the last 28 days in a target market, and Marquee also needs 5,000 monthly active listeners in that market. Marquee is for releases from the last 21 days; Showcase works for new and catalog releases.
Is it safe to buy Spotify streams?
No. Spotify prohibits third-party services that promise streams or playlist placement for money. Artificial streams earn no royalties, do not count toward charts, and can get a track removed from playlists or from Spotify.
How was this list made?
We checked each service's own website and help pages on September 25, 2026 and listed only what they publish. Where a price or detail is not published, the list says so. No service paid to be listed. Dynamoi ranks itself first because it is built for artists who want campaigns run for them; every other label says who that service suits better.
