Refer & Earn

Refer & Earn is available only when referrals are enabled for the current Dynamoi account. When the feature is available, select Refer and Earn in the lower dashboard navigation.

Claim a referral code

Enter an available code and select Save. A valid code:

• Is 3–32 characters long
• Uses lowercase letters, numbers, or internal hyphens
• Does not begin or end with a hyphen
• Is not reserved or already claimed

A claimed code creates a shareable link in the form dynamoi.com/a/<code>. Claiming a code establishes the link; it does not by itself create a commission.

What the page can show

Depending on the records attached to your account, Refer & Earn can show:

• Referral-link clicks
• Referred accounts
• Commission records and their status
• Available, reserved, and paid wallet amounts
• Open payout requests

Warning The new self-serve affiliate commission-accrual rollout is currently disabled. New clicks, signups, or purchases must not be treated as guaranteed commission events until the program is explicitly activated and its terms are presented in the product.

Existing commission records

For commissions already admitted under an eligible affiliate contract, the current program constants use:

• A 5% commission rate
• Eligibility for up to 24 months after the qualifying referral
• A 30-day hold before a commission can become available

A commission can still be withheld, reversed, or voided for refunds, chargebacks, duplicate or self-referrals, fraud, abuse, ineligible transactions, or incomplete verification.

Payout requests

When payout mutations are enabled and your account is eligible, the Wallet card can request a payout from available commission records. The current rules require:

• At least $50 available
• No other open payout request
• Any required Stripe payout onboarding and tax verification

Dynamoi reviews payout requests before execution. Reserved or held amounts do not count toward the available minimum.

Note Free products and free account creation do not create a payable commission.
