Connecting Meta

Smart Campaigns use Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). Connecting Meta links your Page for attribution while campaigns run from Dynamoi-managed ad accounts.

Prerequisites

Before connecting Meta, ensure:

• You are an admin of the Facebook Page you want to use
• If you want Instagram placements, your Instagram account is a Business or Creator account connected to that Page

Connect Meta

1. Start connection In Platform Connections, click Connect next to Meta.

2. Authorize with Meta Complete the Meta login flow.

Select your Meta Page

If you manage multiple Facebook Pages, you will be asked to select a Page and confirm the connected Instagram account. The Page must have an Instagram Business or Creator account connected to continue.

When Dynamoi shows Meta account connected, Meta has found the Facebook Page and Instagram account together during authorization. Approve access in Meta Business Manager is a separate approval step that lets Dynamoi use those assets for managed ads.

What you might see next

Depending on your setup, the Meta row can show these states:

State	What it means
Activate billing to continue	Managed advertising must be active to continue
Add both accounts to one Meta Business Portfolio	Your Page and Instagram need to be in the same Meta Business Portfolio
Meta account connected	Meta found your Page and Instagram. Dynamoi is preparing the partnership request (Preparing your partnership request)
Approve access in Meta Business Manager	Approve Dynamoi in Meta Business Manager from a desktop or laptop browser

When the partnership is active, the Meta row shows Meta access ready.
