Campaign Management

Filters and Bulk Actions

Filter All Campaigns by status and campaign type, sort and page through the list, and pause, resume, or archive several campaigns at once, including how to read the results panel.

Marketing > All Campaigns lists Smart Campaigns and YouTube campaigns together. Use the status and campaign-type filters to narrow the list, then select campaigns with their checkboxes to Pause {count}, Resume {count}, or Archive {count} together. A Campaign action results panel then shows what happened to each campaign and lets you retry the ones that failed.

Filter the list

Filter Options
Status Hide archived (active and paused), All statuses, Active, Paused, or Archived, each with a count
Campaign type All campaign types, Smart Campaign, or YouTube campaign

Reset filters appears once you change a filter. When nothing matches, the empty list suggests a next step, such as Show paused, Show active, Show archived, or Show all campaign types.

Sort and page

Use Sort on a column to order the list, and Toggle sort direction to reverse it. Choose how many campaigns appear per page with Rows, and move between pages with Previous and Next.

Select campaigns

Check Select campaign on each row you want. The toolbar shows {count} selected and the actions that apply to the selection. Use Clear to deselect.

Bulk actions

Action What happens
Pause {count} Pauses each selected Active campaign
Resume {count} Resumes each selected Paused campaign, charging each one separately as its funding requires
Archive {count} Asks you to confirm Archive # campaigns?, then moves them out of the list. You can unarchive them later.

Bulk resume does not accept funding authorizations for you. Any campaign that needs one is skipped with # campaign wasn't resumed and Resume it on its own to review and accept its funding terms. Resume those one at a time; see Pausing and Resuming Campaigns.

Each campaign is still checked on its own. Campaigns that can't take the action, for example an Active campaign in an archive request, are rejected without affecting the others.
