Billing Management
Track campaign credit, usage pipeline status, invoices, and managed advertising billing for the current artist.
Billing Management shows managed advertising status, campaign credit, usage, and invoices for the current artist.
Accessing Billing
Navigate to Marketing > Billing from the dashboard sidebar.
Credit balance
The Credit balance card shows your campaign credit. The Available row is credit you can spend now, and Expiring soon covers credit expiring within 30 days. Depending on your credit state, the card can also show a Clearing row for credit that becomes available after a successful payment, plus Submitted and Projected rows.
Usage pipeline
Usage pipeline splits usage by network and shows two buckets:
Live- spend not yet submitted to StripeSubmitted- spend already submitted to Stripe and pending on the next invoice
Use the tooltip on the card for the submission timing and date labels shown in the UI.
Invoices
Invoice history is shown on the Billing page. Click an invoice to view details, including campaign credit applied and the amount charged.
