Platform Connections Overview
Understand current Apple Music, Spotify, Meta, and YouTube connections, setup states, approvals, and delivery boundaries.
Platform Connections is the artist-scoped page for music-catalog identity, managed-advertising setup, and external provider approval.
Current rows
The standard page can show:
- Apple Music for artist URL validation and catalog import
- Spotify for artist identity, catalog sync, Smart Links, and Smart Campaign setup
- Meta for Facebook Page, professional Instagram, Business Portfolio, and partnership setup
- YouTube for channel authorization and Google Ads link approval
TikTok is not a standard connectable Platform Connections row and does not provide current managed Smart Campaign delivery.
Snapchat and Pandora are not current connectable Platform Connections rows.
Requirements by campaign type
Smart Campaigns
| Requirement | Purpose |

| Spotify connected | Identifies the artist and catalog content used by the Smart Link and campaign. |
| Meta connected | Authorizes the selected Facebook Page and professional Instagram account. |
| Meta partnership ready | Lets Dynamoi use the approved assets from its managed ad-account infrastructure. |
| Billing active before launch | Funds managed advertising; some private OAuth/setup steps can also be billing-gated. |
YouTube Campaigns

| YouTube connected | Authorizes and selects the channel. |
| Google Ads link approved | Lets Dynamoi's managed advertising infrastructure promote eligible channel videos. |
| Billing active before launch | Funds managed advertising; standard accounts can be asked to activate before the connection flow continues. |
Common state patterns
The exact label depends on the provider, but rows generally communicate one of these conditions:

Managed advertising must be launchable before this private setup step continues. |

A provider identity or asset still needs selection. |
Approve or Accept invite |
Complete the external provider approval, then return to Dynamoi. |
Connected or Access ready |
The required provider relationship is active. |
Error, Try again, or Reset |
The latest setup attempt failed or became stale and can be restarted. |
Connections belong to the active artist. Switching artists changes every row and does not copy a connection to the new artist.
