Shop buyer dashboard
Use the Dynamoi Shop buyer dashboard to follow a YouTube promotion's status and views, add or replace the video, pause, resume, or restart delivery, and keep promoting.
The Shop buyer dashboard shows one Dynamoi Shop order at a time: its status, the video, and the views it has delivered. Open it from your order's private tracking link and sign in with the email used at checkout. When you have several orders, the order you select controls everything on the page.
Promotion status
| Status | Meaning |

| Processing | The order is paid and the campaign is being set up or is in ad review. |
| Delivering | The ad is running and views are being recorded. |
| Paused | Delivery is paused by you or by Dynamoi. |
| Complete | The promotion finished delivering. |
| Needs support | The campaign ended with low or unconfirmed delivery, and Dynamoi's team is reviewing it. |
Alerts appear above the status when you need to act, such as Add your video to start your promotion or Replacement video needed.
Results
The dashboard reports Google Ads delivery for this order only: views delivered against the estimate you bought, ad impressions, views and impressions by day, and devices. It does not show channel-wide YouTube analytics, because a Shop purchase does not connect your channel.
Controls
The dashboard offers one status action at a time, depending on the promotion's state:
- Add video: attach the YouTube video if you paid without one.
- Pause promotion: stops delivery once the pause is confirmed. You can resume within 30 days.
- Resume promotion: restarts delivery after a pause of 30 days or less. Resuming extends the end date; the order amount does not change.
- Restart promotion: after a pause longer than 30 days, add a fresh YouTube video and confirm the same viewer locations. There is no extra charge.
- Replace video: shown when delivery needs a different video. Dynamoi checks the new video before delivery restarts.
Restarting or replacing a video needs editor access to the artist. Viewers can see results but cannot change the promotion.
Keep promoting
Keep promoting starts a new paid order for more views; it never changes the amount of an existing order. If the previous promotion ended within the last 30 days and you keep the same video and countries, Dynamoi can extend that campaign. Otherwise a new campaign is created.
