Disconnecting and Reconnecting
Reconnect Meta or YouTube when Dynamoi asks, reset a stuck setup, disconnect Spotify, Apple Music, or YouTube, and move an account between artists.
Reconnect a platform when Dynamoi shows a reconnect alert or a row says Reconnect needed, Permission missing, or Refresh needed. Disconnect or reset a platform from its row in Account → Connections.
When Dynamoi asks you to reconnect
The dashboard shows an alert when a Meta or YouTube connection needs action, such as Reconnect Meta, Reconnect YouTube, or "YouTube permissions are incomplete. Reconnect to keep analytics and campaigns running." Select the alert or open Account → Connections, then:
- Meta: select
Connectand approve every requested permission. "Reconnect to approve the missing Meta permissions" means one was declined. See Connecting Meta. - YouTube: connect with the same Google account and allow access to YouTube data, Analytics, and Monetary reports. See Connecting YouTube.
Reconnect with the same Page, Instagram account, or channel unless the original choice was wrong.
Reset a stuck setup
If Meta or YouTube setup stalls or shows an error, open the row's menu and select Reset connection (Meta) or Disconnect YouTube, then connect again. Complete Meta's steps within 45 minutes of starting.
Disconnect a platform

Move an account to another artist
Each Facebook Page, Instagram account, and YouTube channel can be connected to only one artist in Dynamoi. If you see "already connected to another artist," choose a different account or contact support to move it.
