Royalties
Review what you earned in the last 12 months, rank your earnings by track, artist, country, and store, and follow your balance and payouts in the Dynamoi Royalties hub.
Royalties is your private royalty hub for Dynamoi Distribution. It shows what you have earned, which tracks, artists, countries, and stores drive those earnings, and what has been paid out. It replaces the former Distribution Analytics and Distribution Earnings pages.
Open Distribution > Royalties in the dashboard sidebar, or go directly to /dashboard/user/royalties. The hub belongs to you as the payee rather than to a single artist, so the same page opens from any artist you are viewing.
Who can open it
The Royalties link appears in the Distribution section for users who have a royalty portfolio: payees with an entitlement to royalties from distributed music. It does not require an active artist, and a payee whose current artist has no Distribution access still reaches their royalties.
Everything on the page is scoped to your share. Figures are your earnings, not the full contractual amount for a release or an organization.
Choose the scope
By default the hub combines All artists you earn from. Use the Scope control to focus on one artist; Clear returns to all artists. The selected artist stays in the page address so a filtered view can be revisited.
Earned in the last 12 months
The top of the page shows Earned · last 12 months with a comparison against the prior 12 months, a monthly trend, and supporting figures:
| Figure | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Earned | Your royalty earnings in the last 12 months |
| Earned to date | Your earnings since your first statement |
| Units · last 12 mo | Reported streams, downloads, and other units behind those earnings |
| Balance | Your balance after reserves and pending payout requests, flagged In review while withdrawals are not open yet |
| Paid | Payouts recorded as paid |
An Earnings by month chart plots earnings by statement month. Statement months are the reporting periods delivered by the distribution provider, so they can differ from the month a listener streamed a track.
Rankings
Use the Rank by tabs to switch between:
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Tracks | Your top tracks, with each track's earnings, units, and share of the total |
| Artists | Earnings per artist, with each artist's top track, store, and country |
| Countries | Earnings by country, with a world map that shades your top 20 countries |
| Stores | Earnings by store, grouped by store family with expandable channels |
Rows show units, earnings, a rate per 1,000 units, and percent of total where they apply. The per-1,000 rate is a comparison figure across rows, not a guaranteed payout rate from any store. Long lists show the leading rows first and can be expanded or collapsed.
Some earnings are album-level and cannot be split by track. They appear as Album-level with the note Not split by track. If some statements do not yet include store or country detail, the page shows Partial detail, and rankings fill in as detail arrives.
Balance and payouts
The balance figures separate money by status:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Available | Earnings that are ready to withdraw |
| Pending | Payout requests that are awaiting processing |
| Reserved | Amounts held back, for example while a correction or reversal is pending |
| Paid to date | Payouts already sent to you |
While reconciliation, tax, or payout setup is incomplete, Available is not shown and the balance carries an In review flag. Withdrawals open once your latest statements finish review. The Breakdown in progress message means your balances are ready but the monthly breakdown is still being prepared from the latest statements.
The Payouts section lists each payout with its date, amount, status (Confirmed or Paid), the earnings it covers, and the gap since the previous payout. Summary figures show Total paid, Payouts, Average payout, and the Typical gap between payouts. A payout can be marked as estimated from statement order or as extending beyond the statements on file. Payout requests that are still awaiting processing are not listed here; they appear in the Pending balance.
Dynamoi may enforce a $25 minimum royalty payout threshold. Actual payout eligibility can also depend on reconciliation, accepted royalty splits, tax evidence, payout setup, holds, reserves, reversals, offsets, and statement corrections. The hub reports what is available; it does not promise a payout date or immediate withdrawal.
Data availability
Royalties are statement-based. Earnings appear once the distribution provider delivers your first statement; until then the page shows No royalties yet. Store reporting formats, corrections, reversals, reserves, and delayed statements can change historical totals.
Royalty data is not real-time streaming data. A recent stream can appear later than the activity shown in a platform's own analytics, and public benchmarks at Dynamoi Data are market context that does not replace your private statements or payout history.
