What each status means and what you can do next.
Campaign statuses tell you what is happening right now and what actions are available.
Status overview
| Status | What it means | What you can do |
|---|---|---|
| Awaiting Smart Link | Internal setup step before validation | Wait |
| Content Validation | Internal review step before deployment | Wait |
| Deploying | Creating the campaign on the ad platform | Wait |
| Active | Campaign is delivering and spending | View analytics, pause |
| Paused | You paused the campaign | Resume or archive |
| Subscription Ended | Subscription ended and the campaign was paused | Resubscribe, then reactivate |
| Issue | A platform or deployment issue occurred | Contact support |
| Archived | Campaign ended permanently | View historical analytics |
Learning badge
Active campaigns show Learning when they are less than 7 days old and in active delivery. Expect bigger day-to-day variance during this period.
Ended (display status)
If a campaign has an end date, it can show Ended after the date passes. To keep promoting, create a new campaign.
