Audience Insights
Review Smart Campaign audience insights, service mix, country filters, fan tiers, exports, and available profile details.
Audience Insights shows the fans Dynamoi can associate with your Smart Campaign activity. Use it to understand where fans come from, filter by service and tier, and export a CSV.
Accessing Audience Insights
Navigate to Marketing > Audience from the dashboard sidebar.
Summary Metrics
The Audience page includes three summary tiles:
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Total Fans | All fans acquired in the selected date range |
| Paid Tier | Fans on a paid streaming-service tier, when available |
| Emails | Fans with an email address (when available) |
Filtering Your Audience
Narrow your view using these filters:
| Filter | Options |
|---|---|
| Date Range | Common presets plus a custom range |
| Service | Spotify or Apple Music |
| Tier | Paid or free |
| Country | Countries where fans are present |
Exporting Audience Data
Click Export to download your audience list as a CSV file. The export includes all fans matching your current filters.
Note Export respects your current filters. To export all fans, remove all filters before exporting.
Fan Table
The table lists individual fan rows and supports sorting. Fields may include Date, Service, Country, Tier, and profile details when available.
