Distribution Catalog
Review track-level distribution metadata, identifier gaps, songwriter status, publishing handoff state, and release dates.
Distribution Catalog is the read-only metadata inventory for the active artist's delivered and administered tracks. Use it to verify release identifiers, dates, songwriter data, and publishing handoff status before asking support to correct a source record.
Navigate to Distribution > Catalog in the dashboard.
Catalog summary
Eight cards summarize the records currently available to Dynamoi:

An empty state appears when the active artist has no distribution catalog records.
Track table
The Tracks table initially sorts by track title in ascending order and shows 25 rows per page. Its seven columns are:

Release or bundle name; falls back to UPC and then Single when needed. |

Known release date in UTC, or Unknown. |
Songwriter |
Songwriter metadata, or Pending songwriter metadata. |

Sent when the track is marked as submitted to Songtrust; otherwise Pending. |
ISRC |
Track recording identifier when available. |
UPC |
Release identifier, or Unknown. |
On smaller screens, lower-priority columns collapse and the publishing badge uses the more explicit labels Publishing sent or Needs publishing.
Interpreting missing data
A missing identifier or date means the field is not present in Dynamoi's current catalog record; it does not by itself establish that the distributor or rights administrator never assigned one. Likewise, Pending in the Publishing column reflects Dynamoi's Songtrust-submission flag, not a guarantee about registration status inside every external society or administrator.
Catalog metadata is not editable on this page. Contact support with the artist, track, release, and corrected value when a record is missing or wrong.
