Meta Business Manager

Meta Business Manager is the final step after connecting Meta. Use this page to complete Business Portfolio setup and approve the partnership request.

Before you start

Make sure:

• Meta is connected in Platform Connections
• The Facebook Page you select has a connected Instagram Business or Creator account
• Billing is active for the artist

Select your Page and Instagram

After Meta authorization, you may be asked to choose a Facebook Page and Instagram account. Select the Page you want to use for ads and confirm the connected Instagram account.

If the Page does not have a connected Instagram account, the page shows an Instagram Account Required warning. Connect Instagram to the Page and return to continue.

Business Portfolio requirement

If you see Business Portfolio required, your Facebook Page and Instagram must be in the same Meta Business Portfolio.

1. Open Meta Business Settings Click Open Meta Business Settings on the page.

2. Add Page and Instagram Add the Facebook Page and Instagram account to the same Business Portfolio.

3. Check status Return to Dynamoi and click Check Status.

Approve the partnership

When the partnership request is ready, the page shows Waiting for Meta approval.

1. Open the request Click View Request if the button is available.

2. Approve in Meta Approve the partnership request in Meta Business Manager.

3. Confirm in Dynamoi Return and click I've Approved It.

Status guide

Status	What it means
Enable billing to proceed	Billing must be active to continue
Business Portfolio required	Page and Instagram are not in the same Business Portfolio
