Payouts and Tax Setup

What tax and payout setup Dynamoi Distribution needs before delivery, how collaborator shares are held, and how royalty payouts and the $25 minimum work.

Last updated Oct 19, 20264 sections

Dynamoi Distribution needs a tax profile and a payout profile for the primary artist before a release can be delivered. Royalty payouts start when Dynamoi's new payout system launches; until then your earnings keep accruing in the Royalties hub, and Dynamoi does not promise a payout date.

Check your setup status

Open Distribution > Submit New Release. The Delivery setup card shows whether your Tax profile and Payout profile are ready. Open payments goes to the Royalties hub, where your balance and payouts appear.

Tax and payout details cannot be entered in the dashboard. If either item is not ready, contact support and the Dynamoi team will complete the setup with you.

Collaborator shares

Collaborators named in a release's splits must accept their share before the release is delivered. A collaborator's share stays held until their own tax and payout setup is complete. Their setup does not block delivery of the release.

Payouts

  • The minimum royalty payout is $25.
  • Balances are kept in US dollars.
  • Payout eligibility depends on reconciled statements, accepted splits, verified tax details, a ready payout profile, and any holds, reserves, reversals, offsets, or statement corrections.

In the Royalties hub, the balance shows In review while reconciliation, tax, or payout setup is incomplete, and Available appears once withdrawals open. Payouts that have been sent are listed under Payouts.
