Organization Billing

Understand when organization-level billing appears and how artist billing remains the campaign activation source.

Last updated Jun 1, 2026 4 sections

Organization Billing is the team-level billing surface for labels and managers that use a shared billing pool. Artist-level Billing remains the canonical place to activate managed advertising, review campaign credit, and inspect artist invoices.

Surface Best for

Organization Billing Reviewing team-level billing availability when a shared billing pool is enabled

Organization billing is most useful for labels, managers, and teams that operate multiple artists from one Dynamoi account. If shared billing has not been configured, the page explains that tenant billing is unavailable and directs the team back to artist-level billing.

What organization billing can show

The page can include:

  • Whether tenant-level billing is available for the organization
  • The organization that owns the team workspace
  • The correct next step when shared billing is not enabled
  • Billing suspension or failed-payment notices when they apply

Activation still happens per artist

For most organizations, managed advertising is activated for the artist that will run campaigns. The activation payment saves the billing method, applies the campaign credit, and allows campaign usage to continue through saved-card billing.

If your organization uses a shared tenant billing pool, self-serve activation on an individual artist is blocked and campaign credit lives in the organization credit ledger instead. In that case, the organization manages billing centrally.

If your organization manages several artists, confirm each artist's status before launching campaigns from that artist workspace.

Who can access billing

The Organization Billing page requires the organization admin role. At the artist level, both viewing billing and activating managed advertising require the editor role or higher. Viewers cannot open billing or activate it. If you do not have access, ask an organization admin or an editor to complete the artist Billing step.
