Pausing a campaign stops ad delivery and spend immediately. Historical analytics remain available, and the campaign can be resumed at any time.
Go to Marketing and select Campaign Management from the sidebar.
Locate the campaign you want to pause in the list.
Click the campaign row to open it, then select Pause from the actions menu.

| Analytics preserved | All historical data remains accessible |
| Learning resets | If resumed, the campaign may need to re-enter a learning period |
When you resume a paused campaign, delivery may take a few hours to ramp back up. The ad platform needs time to re-optimize targeting.
Go to Marketing and select Campaign Management.
Use the status filter to show Paused campaigns if needed.
Click the campaign row, then select Resume from the actions menu.
The Subscription Paused status means the campaign was automatically paused due to a billing issue. This can happen when:
To resolve this, go to Billing and reactivate the subscription. Once billing is restored, paused campaigns can be resumed manually.
