Troubleshooting Campaign Statuses
Troubleshoot stuck Dynamoi campaign statuses, platform connections, billing pauses, deployment issues, and support context.
Use this page when a campaign is not moving forward through setup, or when you see an Issue badge in Campaign Management.

Quick checks
- Confirm the required platform connection in Platform Connections
- Confirm managed advertising is active for the artist in Billing Management
Statuses
Awaiting SmartLink
The campaign is waiting for a Smart Link to be created or validated.
What to check:
- Spotify is connected in Platform Connections
- The Spotify URL used during campaign creation is correct
Content Validation
The campaign is in an internal review step. We confirm everything needed for deployment is ready.
What to do:
- Wait
- If the campaign is stuck, contact support
Deploying
The campaign is being created on the ad platform.
What to check:
- The relevant platform connection is active in Platform Connections
Subscription Paused
The campaign was paused because of a billing issue. Go to Billing and select Resolve or Manage Billing to recover the failed payment. Billing recovery resumes eligible Subscription Paused campaigns automatically; campaigns paused by a campaign-credit top-up flow may also resume automatically after that top-up succeeds.
Issue
An issue occurred on the platform or during deployment. Contact support with your campaign ID.
Status details
Hover a status badge to see additional details like Platform status and (for Google) Serving status. These values are useful when sharing diagnostics with support.
