Shop YouTube Promotion

Shop YouTube Promotion is a one-time package flow offered on eligible Dynamoi shop pages. It is separate from the recurring managed-advertising workflow inside the artist dashboard.

A shop order is fulfilled as a fixed-flight YouTube promotion. Availability, countries, package options, and estimates are determined by the shop page at checkout.

How the shop flow works

1. Add an eligible YouTube video Paste the video URL requested by the shop page. The order flow validates the URL and campaign content before checkout or fulfillment.

2. Choose targeting and package Select an available country option or worldwide delivery, then review the package price and any delivery estimate shown for that order.

3. Complete Stripe Checkout Pay for the one-time package through Stripe. An account is not required when the no-login checkout flow is available.

4. Follow order updates Dynamoi can send confirmation, live-status, completion, or issue updates to the order email as the fulfillment state changes.

Note An estimate shown before purchase is not a guarantee. Provider review, auction conditions, content eligibility, targeting, and the purchased budget affect actual delivery.

A shop-linked campaign is analytics-only in the dashboard. You cannot change its budget, countries, end date, strategy, monetization mode, or delivery status there.

Dashboard-created campaigns do not all have identical controls. In particular, Maximize Views is a fixed-flight Google Video campaign with asynchronous pause handling, blocked self-serve resume, and locked edits. Other eligible YouTube campaigns can expose more controls while Active or Paused. See Editing Live Campaigns.

Moving to managed advertising

All ordinary Dynamoi software tools, including Smart Links and analytics, remain free. Paid plans fund managed advertising:

• Starter: $25/month, including a $25 recurring monthly campaign credit and a one-time $25 introductory credit in the first month, for $50 total first-month credit
• Plus: $300/month, including a $300 recurring monthly campaign credit and a one-time $300 introductory credit in the first month, for $600 total first-month credit

Eligible managed campaign usage beyond available credit is metered and billed under the current billing workflow. Credits expire after 12 months, automatic top-up is disabled, and Dynamoi does not promise uninterrupted delivery when billing authority or credit is unavailable.

Refunds and support

Once delivery has started, the purchased package is generally non-refundable except where required by law. A failed or blocked order is handled according to its payment and fulfillment state; do not assume that a pending status means the campaign has started delivering.
