Distribution
Distribution Earnings
Review your Dynamoi royalty portfolio, catalog shares, statement earnings, reconciled balance, payout eligibility, and payment history.
Distribution Earnings opens the royalty portfolio for the authenticated payee. It is not a redirect to the organization payments page.
Users with Distribution access open it from Distribution > Distribution Earnings. A user who has royalty-portfolio access but no active artist can still see an Earnings link in the Distribution section.
Balance summary
The page shows four totals:
| Card | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Earned | Royalty earnings allocated to the payee |
| Paid to Date | Payments recorded as paid |
| Statement Balance | The reconciled closing balance from the available source statements |
| Eligible for Payout | The amount currently determined to be payout-eligible |
Reviewing appears when Dynamoi cannot yet present a reconciled statement balance or payout-eligible amount. Do not treat an unreconciled estimate as a finalized payment balance.
Catalog entitlements
The Catalog table identifies the royalty share used for the portfolio. Rows can include:
- Artist
- Release
- Track, or full-catalog coverage
- ISRC when available
- Your Share
- Effective date range
This table describes payee entitlements. It is different from the artist's operational Distribution Catalog, which shows imported release metadata and publishing status.
Earnings history
When statement data is available, the page includes:
- A Your Earnings trend chart by statement period.
- A Statements table with the period and your earnings.
- Payment History with date, amount, method, and status.
Payment methods currently represented in the portfolio include bank transfer, Wise, and Venmo when that information exists. A payment can be shown as Pending or Paid.
Payout readiness
Dynamoi may enforce a $25 minimum royalty payout threshold. Actual payout eligibility can also depend on reconciliation, accepted royalty splits, tax evidence, payout setup, holds, reserves, reversals, offsets, and statement corrections.
The Earnings page reports the resulting eligible amount; it does not itself promise a payout date or immediate withdrawal. Royalty statements and payments arrive after provider reporting and operational review.
Earnings versus Analytics
- Use Distribution Analytics to compare performance by store, market, tier, period, track, and release.
- Use Distribution Earnings to review your contractual share, balances, statements, and payments.
The two pages can show different totals because Analytics may be scoped to an artist or organization dataset while Earnings is scoped to the authenticated payee's portfolio.
