Connecting TikTok

Connect TikTok and Business Center readiness checks. TikTok is a preparatory connection, not a live Smart Campaign delivery network yet.

TikTok connection support helps Dynamoi verify account readiness for future TikTok campaign workflows. The dashboard separates user OAuth, TikTok identity, and Business Center readiness so setup issues are easier to resolve.

TikTok is not a live Smart Campaign delivery network. You cannot select TikTok or allocate budget to it when creating a Smart Campaign. Connecting TikTok only prepares your account for when delivery becomes available.

Accessing TikTok setup

Open Marketing > Platform Connections and choose the TikTok connection action when available. Some accounts may be routed to a TikTok Business Center setup page for additional checks.

What TikTok setup checks

TikTok readiness can include:

  • OAuth connection status
  • TikTok profile identity
  • Business Center or ad account relationship
  • Whether required permissions are available
  • Whether the artist is ready for TikTok Smart Campaign review

Business Center setup

If the dashboard asks for Business Center setup, follow the instructions on the page and confirm the correct business, ad account, and profile are available. TikTok account ownership and Business Center access can differ, so the page may show a partial state until all pieces are aligned.

How this relates to Smart Campaigns

TikTok is on Dynamoi's managed advertising roadmap, not an active delivery network today. Smart Campaigns deliver on Meta Ads and Spotify Ads. Completing TikTok readiness prepares creative assets, account mapping, and launch checks so the artist is ready when TikTok delivery opens.
